I attended the Wicamp yesterday.
I was very impressed by Wipro's sprawling campus. It has to be seen to be believed.
It almost makes you believe that the environment , not your work, can give you job satisfaction :)
The Wicamp was fun - typically casual and "unconference" style.
One "innovation" they had in the camp that I found really funny was the "ball beating" custom.
It went this way:
A lot of cute yellow sponge balls were distributed throughout the audience at the start.
If you thought that whoever was speaking was not making sense anymore, you could feel free to chuck your ball at him so that he gets the hint.
Needless to say, if one guy decided to throw his ball at a speaker, a barrage of 3-4 balls would follow just out of the joy of being able to hit someone :)
Was fun although i didnt get my aim right most of the time :)

One of the most thought provoking presentations I have ever seen:
It talks about the impactt of the internet on our lives, and especially those of the future generation.
